小籠包吃法教學:先輕輕力夾起小籠包,不能操之過急擠破包皮而溢出湯汁,失禮街坊,沾一點醋,然後放在湯匙中,咬破小籠包頂部使熱氣散出,以免過熱燙傷嘴舌,再放少許薑絲於小籠包上,把整個放進口中,鮮味的肉餡及湯汁在口腔內爆出,就是爽!!
