秘制黃沙蜆肉碎粥($25):黃沙蜆處理得很乾淨,沒有吃到沙。粥底很綿的,食材份量超充足,每一口都能吃到韭菜的清甜、蜆肉鮮甜及肉碎的香甜。美中不足是少了一份生滾粥的熱辣
大姐對腸粉的執著:在用餐時,有個客人進來叫外賣,都是點了蔥花雞蛋腸粉,大姐跟他說''要分裝豉油嗎?'',客人說''不用了,我住在附近,好快回去便吃'',大姐誠懇地回覆''分裝豉油,等下再下,會更好吃,不怕麻煩了'',客人再次回覆"不用了,很快回到家",大姐再三誠懇地回覆"蔥花雞蛋腸粉不即時吃,吸收太多了豉油,腸粉質感不夠好吃的",最終,客人被大姐的熱誠打動了😂,接受分裝豉油
