魷魚牛腩撈粗($27):華記主打的牛腩,依然入味、鮮而不韌,沒有雪藏味,應是新鮮牛腩;而魷魚採用大魷魚,肉身厚,超爽脆及入味;麵質方面不錯,不太腍,且醬汁鹹度剛剛好
